King Philippe of Belgium visited the house of Sant'Egidio in Antwerp, for the 50th anniversary of the Community. He was welcomed by Hilde Kieboom, vice-president of the Sant’Egidio, together with hundreds among children, youngsters and elderly. The King first visited the "Amici, coffee & books" bar, where coffee is served by people with disabilities helped by the Community. Then, the King met with a family of Syrian refugees, who arrived a few months ago thanks to the 'Humanitarian Corridors’, and eventually with some delegations of youngsters and elderly.
