On the 10th anniversary of Floribert Bwana Chui’s death, who was killed because he had refused to give in to corruption in order to protect others, the Community of Goma (Congo) gathered the street children for dinner and an evening in memory of this young man of Sant'Egidio. In particular, Floribert was committed to serving the poor and the Gospel in that very neighborhood of Goma. In solidarity with them, the Community renews that pact of friendship in which Floribert wanted to commit his life.
