This video from the "Presa Diretta'' program shows the significant images that portray Sant'Egidio Humanitarian Corridors, which is the first and largest self-funded legal refugee entry project. It was launched in 2016 and it has now brought 4300 people to Europe. It aims to rescue individuals fleeing war (from Syria, the Horn of Africa, and Libya) and avoid the very dangerous journeys in the Mediterranean Sea.
