They landed at 7 o'clock. They are 93, about half of them children. They come from the camp of Tell Abbas, in Lebanon, but their homes were in Syria, mostly in Homs, now destroyed by bombing.
They are the first to be welcomed with the humanitarian corridors, the initiative taken by the Community of Sant'Egidio together with the Federation of Evangelical Churches and the Waldensian Table, to ensure safe passage and save lives in dangerous journeys by sea.
