Also this year, in the heart of the Holy Week we want to sit together to celebrate the memory of those that, religious and lay people, gave their lives for the Gospel and the witness of charity with an ecumenical prayer.
In many parts of the world Christians, even at the risk of their own lives, do not cease to proclaim the Gospel of peace. The strong non-violent testimony of our brothers and sisters helps us to understand the meaning of the cross of Jesus, of his Passion and Resurrection.
